About Granite Leather

* The product is unavailable.

* The order contains inappropriate, unlawful, or prohibited content.
* The requested customization cannot reasonably be produced.
* We believe the order may infringe another person's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
* An error has occurred in pricing or product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
Personalized and Custom Products
Many Granite Leather products are made specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including:
* Names
* Initials
* Dates* Spelling
* Numbers
* Logos
* Artwork
* Fonts
* Colors
* Other customization instructions
Granite Leather is not responsible for errors contained in personalization information submitted or approved by the customer.
If Granite Leather makes an error that differs from the customer's submitted or approved personalization, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to correct the issue.
Proofs and Customer Approval
For certain custom products, Granite Leather may provide a digital proof or design preview before production.
When a proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the entire design, including spelling, placement, sizing, and other personalization details.
Once a customer approves a proof and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Colors and sizing displayed on a computer or mobile device may vary slightly from the finished product.
Natural Leather Variations
Leather is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, texture, markings, and appearance are normal and are part of the unique character of genuine leather.
Because of these natural variations, your finished leather product or patch may not look exactly like photographs displayed on our website.
These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Customer-Supplied Artwork, Logos and Designs
If you submit a logo, photograph, image, phrase, trademark, or other artwork to Granite Leather, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it and authorize Granite Leather to reproduce it for your order.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions associated with customer-supplied materials.
Granite Leather reserves the right to decline designs that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.
Submitting artwork to Granite Leather for an order does NOT give Granite Leather permission to use your personalized artwork, photographs, logos, or designs for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes unless you separately give us permission.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless Granite Leather has agreed to other payment arrangements.
Production Times
Because many Granite Leather products are personalized or made to order, production times may vary.
Any production or delivery timeframe provided on our website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless Granite Leather specifically states otherwise in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete and ship orders within the estimated timeframe.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Granite Leather is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can assist in determining the appropriate next steps.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or an approved design.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your Granite Leather purchase.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization you submitted or approved, please contact Granite Leather promptly after receiving your order.
When contacting us about an issue, we may request photographs of the product and packaging so we can determine the appropriate solution.
Non-personalized products may be eligible for return or exchange according to the return policy posted on our website.
Any rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellations of Personalized Orders
If you need to cancel a personalized order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Once production of a personalized item has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund because the product is being made specifically for you.
Product Images and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, colors, sizes, materials, and designs.
However, photographs, screens, lighting conditions, leather variations, and manufacturing processes may cause the actual product to differ slightly from the images displayed online.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or other website information.
